Please read carefully

1. Whilst the purchaser owns the right to use the included music, they do not own the music itself. The music remains the property of Motcombe-Relf Music.

2. The right to use the music is with the individual person purchasing the album alone and cannot be used by any third party. Please hold certificate as proof of purchase.

3. The music can be used in any legal, commercial or non-commercial projects indefinitely. However Motcombe-Relf Music must be credited with providing the music. The only exception is the medium of television, radio and other means of

broadcasts. In such example the company responsible for the broadcasts will be responsible for performance payments.

4. Owing to the low cost of the CD album, Motcombe-Relf Music are unable to offer refunds. To this point please listen to the sample provided. We will replace defective copies if returned.

5. Although not a requirement, Motcombe-Relf Music would greatly appreciate being informed of any projects involving their music.
